Presentation Skills

A practical course for anyone who has to present — at work, to clients, or on stage. It covers the real purpose of a presentation and the three levers (content, design, delivery); distilling one clear message and structuring it (rule of three, tell-tell-tell, SCQA, story arc, signposting); storytelling and writing openings and closings that hook and drive action; slide design that amplifies rather than competes (one idea per slide, assertion-evidence, clear data, the 3-second test); delivery (voice, pauses, eliminating filler, body language, eye contact, managing nerves, and rehearsing out loud); and engagement, handling Q&A (including hostile questions), and presenting well on camera in virtual and hybrid settings. Every section has plain-language lessons, concept tables, a 'rehearse this' exercise, a knowledge check, and a randomized mastery check, ending with a full-length mock and a spaced-repetition flashcard deck.
